Good "starter" for the price

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1998
This was my first apartment out of college with a roommate in a 2BR/2BA and it was fine for that. Service was good as long as you ASKED for it in writing. We received a new fridge while we were there after 2 years but had to write a long, explanatory letter in order to get it. The office staff was so-so. The hallways were always dirty and the parking lots in need of repair but there was always plenty of parking and snow removal was generally well done. Okay rental for the price but not "upscale" by any means. They charge (or at least used to) for the pool which was ridiculous and not worth the money.
