Most people who write on these websites only write negative stuff. Think about it. I would like to set some things straight. For those of you who have read the previous review about the fire this is for you.... The night of the fire I happened to be outside talking to the fire department. I overheard them discussing the fact that they believe kids had set the fire in the back stairwell. This is my second time living here at Goshen Terrace and I am a very content and satisfied resident. The girls in the office have always been very helpful and courteous. Maintenance is friendly, quick and gets the job done. My hat is off to all of you. I am sure you all don't get thanked enough. So if you are interested in Goshen Terrace may I suggest stopping in the office and having a personal tour of the beautiful grounds.
So come on people if you are happy let them know. This website is not just for all you negative people.
