These are hardly luxury, but not bad if you can't afford something better. Office staff is friendly but not very forth-coming with answers or information. Even after a huge fire in the complex in early August, there wasn't a single letter of communication from the office or the owners.

Apartment was in dissapointing condition upon moving in (dirty, damaged, etc.), but maintenance is very efficient and responds within 24 hrs. Noise is minimal and neighbors are friendly.
