What a load of crap! " I love it here " , sounds better than the stuff they write in apartment guides! oops I gave up their secret.
Nice try but if it sounds to good to be true trust me it is.
That person failed to tell you that that in order to get all that stuff that should be in every apartment anyway will cost you $400 more than your average mortgage!
Regarding the fire, call maintenance to find out why their not even working on it anymore.
Oh yeah they didn't even pull permits!
What an operation!
