Not a lot of luxury

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I recently moved in and have to admit that I would not make the same choice if I had the opportunity to do it over. The apartment is very old and falling apart. The rugs were white at one time but now they're yellow with dirt baked in. I have spent a ton on cleaners but it has not done anything except reduce the size of my bank account.
The kitchen is a mess and is not like the one in the model. The drawers are old and some do not close way because the tracks are broken. All of the cabinet doors seem to be angled because the do not stay shut. It's like they were made on a slant so the doors always swing open.
The noise and parking are also bad. There are a lot of West Chester University students here which is why I guess the price is so good. At any rate, you can't find a place to park, especially on the weekends and I can't tell you how many nights per week I'm awaken at 2:30a when the bars empty and everyone comes home.
I'm feel glad for the person that wrote the "I love it" comment. I wish my apartment looked like that. I'm also impressed that they did so much homework prior to writing their article and were able to find out how long all of the employees worked here. I'm sure I would be happy too. However, I've been to a lot of other apartments here and so far they're all just like mine.
