This is not a good location for families but great for young kids. Extreme noise at night and early morning don't allow you to get much sleep.
My experience has been that it's difficult to get to sleep because of parties or people returning from bars. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. Also, you it sees the popular thing to do in WC is to come home drunk at night and yell at your significant other on your cell phone while standing in the parking lot at 2:30 am.
In addition, people seem to like to work on their car every weekend morning. THis includes revving your muffler for three hours each sat. It's like the Fast and the Furious around here. Be prepared to be woken at 8a and don't plan to get to sleep prior to 3. Don't think that closing the windows or doors will help. It's like their not even there.
