Nice place but office staff lacks responsivness

- pulling onto Route 3 is a nightmare.
- heating bill - you get it from sept to june. reason is that each building is billed as a whole so if anyone in your builing turns on the heat then you have to pay. in addition, they send you a $5.00 bill processing fee. When you call the office staff they play dumb and wont answer any questions for you.
-Response from office staff is non existant.
-Office staff is very clandestine. Any major issues have to go to their "other" office which doesn't have a number or location. So basically it's they're way of telling you it aint gonna happen.
My advice, you can do better for the money. Most of the apartments are old so you're not dealing with luxury yet you get the high price. Just sucks because the staff hangs you out to dry and your stuck with issues for the rest of your lease.
Go somewhere else that cares about their tenats and make sure you read online so you get an idea of how the place really operates BEFORE you rent.
