We had so many problems with our experience with Goshen Terrace.
My advice to anyone who is even thinking about renting here...DON'T DO IT.
Bob, the head of maintenance is a moron. His job entails running around Goshen Terrance and telling his maintenance men how to fix the jobs half-a**ed. We have had bugs, water damage, and this is the kicker...We had MUSHROOMS...yes MUSHROOMS growing out of our carpets.
When you try to contact anyone from "corporate" you can't. There is no numbers, address'....nothing! Lastly, they are trying to scam us for our Security Deposit!!!
I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to rent at Goshen Terrace. WINTER BROOKE APARTMENTS ARE A BETTER DEAL AND THEIR CORPORATION TAKES CARE OF THE THEIR TENNANTS!!!!!!

This review is nothing further from the truth! The places are clean, quiet and newly painted. My carpets are like new. Goshen Terrace is the best apartment experience ever!

Yes, this is the truth. When we first moved into our apartment there were stains on the carpet, tiles missing from our floor, holes in the walls, the carpet tearing up from the walls. Missing screens and gaps in our windows and sliding glass doors leading bugs straight into our apartment. Mantenance half asses all their jobs, did you know CAULK works for everything? Also, when we first moved in a family member offered to clean for us. There were pubic hairs found all over from the bathroom into the kitchen. The window sill had to be scrubbed with a hard toothbrush to get the mold and bugs out of the tracks. The rules for automobiles and motorcycles are rediculous and unfair. I would not suggest for anyone with good hygiene to reside there.

It's a total white-trash and guys who are still paying off 1993 GMC pickups who have been on disability for 12 years... You couldn't pay me to live there. I'd be embarrased being seen pulling out of the parking lot in the morning... Goshen Terrace=Failure I'd want to hang myself if I was forced to live here another year. It is one step up from Section 8, and really not a step up, it's just for people who think they're better than white trash but really are white trash.
