Great place to rent for the money.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have lived at Goshen Terrace for 3 years and you could not ask for a more peaceful apartment community to live at. No place is perfect, however they really do try their best. Maintenance is quick to respond and the two times I wrote to the corporate office I also got a quick response (the key is to send your letters directly to the PO Box).
