I have lived at Goshen Terrace for 2 years and I highly recommend the apartment community. Prior to living there, I was a resident across the street at Golf Club. Goshen Terrace is a beautiful and quite community. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Further, I have only had very minor maintenance issues and the staff has responding promptly. It is far superior to Golf Club (I had a lot of issues with the staff at Golf Club. Also, Golf Club did not have a dog walking area so the grass and sidewalks throughout the complex were often
covered in dog poop making it hard to even walk to my car!)
As far as the gas, I do pay Goshen Terrace directly. However, after doing a lot of research, I discovered that I am actually paying Goshen Terrace LESS than I would have to pay PECO. The $7 surcharge that I pay Goshen Terrace is the exact same surcharge the PECO charges as well. Furthermore, I use less gas than I did when I lived at Golf Club.
My gas bill is high this past month but that is do to the overall soaring gas prices.
I highly recommend the community.
