This is the worst apartment staff i ever met in my life. i rented serveral apartments before as a student. but when i dealt with the office staff at Goshen Terrance, it is a nightmare. they alwayw come with something they did not tell you before. at first when i called and stoped at apartment office, I told them i want a 6 month rent, they told me there was an incentive for than, i confirmed the next day and they told me the same story. but when i drove that day to their office to sign the application and make a deposit, they backed up and told me they made a mistake. i kindly agreed to not take the incentive and signed the application. and about 2 months later, just 3 days before the move in date, they called and said there was an extra amount i need to pay per month for a six month rent, it is something no one ever mentioned during the couple of months process and many times conversation with them before. so be aware this apartment.
