I have mixed feelings about these apartments. I live on the second floor, and absolutely have no problems with noise. It is amazingly quiet. However, these buildings are 30 years old and show it. Walls are filled with spackled over holes and nail pops. The bathroom is dull with a chipped up floor. Snow removal is the worst. Right now snow is frozen up in front of almost all parking spots. They had ample time yesterday to remove it.
