I just moved here, but so far, it is the best place I've rented. Office staff is nice. Maintenance is good, from what I hear-I haven't needed anything. My neighbors are very friendly. It was a very easy move because the office set up my utilities. I've been to the office many times since the move to ask questions about Goshen Terrace, and area (I'm new to the area), and the ladies are very helpful. They give me directions to places, made recomendations for where I should go to, etc... They set up my renter's insurance. This place has it together!
