Value for money I think this place rocks - been here a few months and used this website when considering where in West Chester to live...when I looked around everyone was saying something bad about every community - but I liked this place and now a few months in I really like it. Just really peaceful and homely. Plus they dont rent to students or really young people, so everything is all that i could expect and want. Plus the service dept is awesome.
