I moved here from out of state and felt like the initial lease of $875 was good, however, having the rent raised $50 upon lease renewal and an automatic monthly gas charge of $7 as well as $65 for a very short pool season, and $5 a month for a very small gym with filthy and ancient equipment is pushing my limits. Beautiful trees and good location, however, and I do feel safe living here.Parking is never a problem. The bathrooms have avocado green sinks and stained tubs which have not been replaced since the 70's, and the walls are so thin I can hear the TV of all my neighbors and hear them talking outside(!) plain as day. I can also hear the pipes every time they turn on water! Too many residents with no courtesy whatsoever, and too many loud small children screaming and crying, using the parking lots as a playground. Lot's of trashy riff-raff living here now and it's not the same as it was a year ago. The buildings are definitely showing their age, and the whole package of amenities as well as the apartment itself is not nearly worth $925 a month. Only rent here if you have to for a year or so.

that's strange you feel that way...I've lived here for 2 years and love it. My bathroom is white and my friend just moved into an awesome renovated one bedroom apartment for 1025- Well worth it! I also had a problem with the amount they were going to raise my rent too, but I wrote a letter and they were happy to reduce the increase. And I agree with the gym- it is not the best, but worth 5 bucks a month. And the leasing office said there are plans for a new gym/pool area by Febuary. So I think this place is trying to upgrade. As far as lots of "trashy riff-raff" and small children living here- I believe you would have that in any apartment complex- The complex cannot turn away people for what they look like or if they have kids.
