We have lived here for three years and I am so glad that we're finally leaving. Tons of insects (spiders galore, stink bugs, millipedes, silverfish, big black ants, and huge pinching beetles!) get into your apartment through the old sliding glass door and the "return air vent". The laundry facilities are the same price in any apartment ($1.50 per wash and 1.50 per dry) but the washer and dryer are located in a small closet type room that is never cleaned. The tenants are inconsiderate and completely rude; Television volume always turned to the maximum setting, Illegal drug use, Vandalism, and not to mention brazen enough to go through your laundry while you are washing it! Maintenance half asses everything and absolutely nothing is considered a true emergency. I do have to admit that they try and work with you if you do not want them in your living quarters while you are not there. In the Winter season we shovel out where we usually park (no assigned parking) and by the time we get off of work someone would take our parking spots and we would have to park in the icy snow-covered spots. If you like to go out at night, when you get home, plan to walk a long way to your building as there is limited parking. The hallways of the buildings always smell terrible, almost as if someone had been cooking a rotted out skunk. I have wasted many cans of febreze trying to control this odor! Kids like to go out to the nature trail to smoke weed and drink beer - If you veer off the trail you can see where they have started small "camp fires" with old lawn chairs, cans, and bottles around the area. The location of the complex is convenient - close to 202. People put trash on their balconies and hang their clothes (incl. underwear) out to dry - not to mention mattresses too. I could go on and on and mention all the scary and frustrating experiences I have had here but the main point I would like to make is that this place isn't HORRIBLE but it could be a lot nicer for the price you pay.

All buildings that have a handicapped occupant have a front row handicap spot for them. If there is more than one handicapped occupant there will be an additional handicap spot. Once the handicapped occupant no longer resides in the building, the handicap parking spot will be turned into a parking spot for the other tenants. As long as a car has a Goshen Terrace parking sticker in the window, like the two-toned Saturn does, then it is allowed to be parked on the premises. The lease that you signed before receiving keys to your apartment does not state how many vehicles you are allowed to possess and/or park on the premises. I personally have never seen any "Ghetto" tenants that reside at Goshen Terrace, but I have seen an old man that walks around in his boxers and socks. This man has lived in PA for a significant amount of time and obviously has not researched the state law of changing his vehicle tag from MI to PA. The leasing office, and police, have been notified of all incidents that have occurred during our stay at Goshen Terrace and I suggest that if you have a half naked man in your building, you should speak to the leasing office as well.
