Goshen Terrace Apartments

 
My husband and I searched around this area for a few months before deciding to move into this complex. Goshen Terrace is above and beyond what we expected to find in a community. Not only is the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgable, the community itself has been rather impressive. While moving into our apartment a few weeks ago, we were approached by several residents, offering to help us! We were blown away. This is my first time renting in an apartment complex; my husband has lived in a few complexes throughout Chester County over the past five years and I can honestly say, hands down, this is the best complex ten times over.

A couple of things that we have noticed - there is always parking. We have never had trouble finding a parking spot convenient to our building entrance. While in our apartment, we cannot hear our neighbors. Granted, we are on the second floor and can't comment on possible noise below. The grounds are impecibly kept. Although a small point, a convenient one - there are two dumpters/recycling canisters within walking distance of our building. Where my husband lived before, it was a hike to take the trash out! We are also amazed at the size of our apartment! We have plenty of space and the second bedroom is plenty big enough for him to feel like he has a makeshift "mancave" :) The location could not have been more perfect for us either...two shopping centers with food stores right down the street, two Wawas, and a gas station on the corner...not to mention the MVP Bar & Grille and West Chester Diner within walking distance.

The only downside, if you want to call it that...I suppose it's more like an inconvenience, is that turning left out of the complex onto West Chester Pike is a giant pain. I normally end up making a right and U-Turn at the next traffic light because the timing is never right when I'm leaving the complex.

Other than that, we are very excited to be living in this community and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to live!
