Very nice now that building has been renovated

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I moved into this building in Feb 2003. The new owners have renovated every apartment in the building.
New carpet, new heater, new oven, new bathroom floor, new kitchen floor even a new kitchen sink. Everything is brand spanking new.
They are renovating the lobby as I write this.
No noise at all except when walking through the hallways, when you close your door cant here a thing.
Laundry is still in the basement but is being moved to each floor. The basement is set to become a gym as soon as laundry facilities have been moved.
