I lived for for a year in a small one bedroom (not efficiency) right after new management took over, and renovation were (and still are) taken place. For about a month I would have some mexican hammer on my wall each morning starting at 7:45 am, till about 4 (the room next to mine was getting completely re done). The hot water runs out after 5 mins of use, and my heat was broken for 2 weeks in the dead of winter. I never received an apology for anything, and I was paying way to much for what I was living in. PARKING SUCKS, you have to buy a parking pass for the garage next door. HORRIBLE 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
