Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
I lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out. The guy above me ran and overflooded his bathtub twice and leaked into my apartment. My tv and bed and water on it. Parking does suck. I had to park a few blocks away. When I did have a problem I usually went to Buzz because the office staff was never around. Only good thing about the apartment complex it is probably the cheapest rent in town.
