| 06/04/2010 | Pros: Great location, very low cost so great for college students now that they accept them. Other than that, it's not a great apartment building, and has gone far downhill in the past 6mos to a year. While advertised as a building for "young professionals" it certainly is no longer. My floor is almost entirely full of college students, many of whom come home drunk at all hours, hold races down the hallway, and knock on the doors of other apartments, unable to tell which belong to their friends.
