Peace and Progress! Halstead is a wonderful place to live for three distinct, yet overlapping reasons: (1) the professionalism and friendliness of the staff are goals for others to strive toward and examples for others to emulate; (2)the maintenance of a Halstead Townhouse is superb!; and (3) the grounds are well maintained year around.
