My husband and I lived at Halstead for 2 years prior to our recent move to Texas. We had a renovated 2 bedroom townhouse-it had a washer and dryer which was great! We loved living there-it was so close to downtown West Chester (great shops and restaurants!) The maintenance and office staff were so responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Halstead.
