I have lived at Halstead for 29 years. The management, office staff and maintenance staff have always been gracious, helpful and prompt in dealing with all requests. Renovations have been recently made in all of our houses. The grounds have been beautified and are constantly maintained. The rent increases are reasonable and less than equivalent rents in Chester County. I am happy and very fortunate to live here and intend to stay here for as long as I can.
