I have been living in a 1 bedroom renovated unit at Halstead and am thrilled with the layout, space and newness of the bathroom, kitchen, cabinets and flooring. I have a full size washer/dryer that does not rob me of my living space, but certainly adds convenience! The grounds are very clean, with attractive landscaping and it is a quiet environment. I am impressed with the personnel and the welcoming packet of information that is supplied upon move in. It just seems like they have thought of everything when it comes to meeting the needs of their tenants and the appeal of a place to live. I am very happy with my choice to invest with such a great company that invests in the happiness of their tenants.
