13 years here and love it

Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2003
 
I have lived at Haltead for 13 years and enjoyed many of the advantages such as a private entrance to my apartment, free heat and hot water with the rent and not seperate as in some other apartment complexes, colorful and attractive buildings along with landscaping in a reputable section of Chester COunty for renting or owning a home. The maintenance staff is excellent.
