We found the apartments at Halstead spacious and cheery. Having a townhouse-type of dwelling helped this apartment feel more like a home. Although rental increases seemed high, they were actually competitive with the West Chester area. The office staff was always helpful and courteous. We appreciated the safe environment of the area. Parking sometimes was a challenge. But, for the most part, neighbors were courteous and we looked out for each other. Our family enjoyed our stay at Halstead, and we were sad when we had to move.
