My wife and I came here from Illinois and we were surprised at how much the rent was. However, we shopped around and for what we were getting we felt it was affordable (all housing in the area is expensive). We have thoroughly enjoyed living here thus far having been here over 4 months now. The best features of the townhome are: friendly and caring staff, solid construction with thick walls, renovated townhomes, nice outward appearance, safe and secure location, convenient parking, and close proximity to West Chester. Overall I am very impressed and highly recommend these townhomes.
