That's racist. What are you trying to say' All ------- American people have financial difficulties' You should strongly consider changing that. You are prejudging people's economic situations based on color of skin. Instead say "people who cannot afford this place do not move here as they are strict on payment issues." Please don't use race in an assumption of this place. There are many ------- American residence who do fine at Halstead. Everytime you bring race into a non-racial situation you hurt the cause of equality. That really grinds my gears!!!

Halstead is a great place with friendly residence of all ethnicities. And yes if you have trouble meeting rent deadlines you will find difficulties at Halstead and other apparment complexes.

by your response it seems you dont understand what the person said. If you are not a minority person and you have not experienced the situation how would you know? Everyone has the right to say how they feel. This person feels they experienced a racial issue at this apartment building and he has the right to express his feelings whether you like it or not!!!!!!!!!
