We lived in a two bedroom for approximately two years and found the staff to be friendly and helpful! We were never bothered by anyone there and only experienced one maintenance concern which was handled promptly and professionally.

I enjoyed the new gym as well. The rent is high BUT it is West Chester so it is actually quite a deal. As long as you pay your rent on time, there will be no problems.
