I chose halstead mainly for the heating and cooling system that saved us considerably in the winter months. New doors, windows also helped with energy costs. The staff have always been so kind and helpful to me and the maintenance staff quickly resolved any problems. The other tenents however are, on occasion, rude, noisey with the Friday night parties until all hours, my roommate worked nights. The staff were ready to assist, however, they have limitations as to the actions they can take, not their fault. The issues may have only been within my building unit and not throughout the complex.
