Very professional. Never keyed into apt unless to fix something. Kept tenets abreast of upcoming events, i.e. water being shutoff for a short period of time to run some tests. Repairs were always started the day which it was phoned in which was pretty impressive. Landscaping was kept up. Rent was in line with the rental market in WC.
