It is very noisy with all the kids running and sreaming in the courtyard and the constant traffic on Route3. I found it is hard to have a good sleep.

The apartment is old and was built shoddly. They did a poor job of renovating. Cheap material and craftmanship. Don't be fooled by the model and the pictures on their web. The paint fall off eveywhere: window sills, staircases, door trims... Ants and bugs come into the house from the carpet seam, it is disgusting...

The snow removal was done poorly. I fell twice last winter. Thanks God, I am still alive. There are long walkways to the apt. Terrible condition in the winter.

The rooms is small and dark; there is very little storage area.

Safety is also a concern. My stuff got stolen twice in the last 12 months.

It is impossible to break the lease: 60 days notice plus $1000 buck in fine. Also do not expect to get your security deposit back; they will take all means to withhold every penny.

I am glad that I moved out of that place. I will not recommend it to any of my friends.

I don't think this person ever really lived at Highgate.
