I lived here with my mom while attending college. Overall it is very nice. There is a good mix of people, mostly middle-aged, with a few foreigners and elderly. It is great for families with children. The new gym is minimal, but the equipment is nice. Not to mention they took away a small portion of the pool to add the gym. Maintenece problems are taken care of the next day and the maintenence man is very nice and respectful. The leasing office staff, there are some nice and some not so nice. Snow removal varies depending on how much snow. It is not a bad idea to have your own shovel and ice. Storage is ample, you can have as many as you need as long as they are available. The parking lot could be lit better, but there is always parking. There is only one dumpster in the corner. The other ugly dumpster around the back has been there the entire time I have lived here and is only for apartment renovators, which seems to be one apartment every six months. They are flexible with the lease. Cats are allowed. Lastly, if you have a complaint, such as noise, against you, use your lease to back you up. So if you're looking for a place that is good for families and don't mind a little noise then this place is perfect.
