Best place I've ever lived..affordable for singles,excellent maintained grounds and maintence crew 24-7 private porches allow outdoor living,fantastic kitchen -dininglayout is nice and open on the first floor. 2nd floor master bedroom has a huge walkin closet enough space for clothes and some storage both sides! large mirror in the bath makes it feel twice as large and the owners allow you to paint as long as you paint back to neutral when you leave . being a designer it was nice to do that to create my own personal space ,didnt feel like an apartment dwelling. lots of parking and big open lawn spaces. everyone in the community friendly and mindful of other tenants.nice and close to drugstore eateries and gas stations. 5minutes from heart of west chester town!
