in response to the previous "horrible" review I would like to say that I lived in that building that burnt down. To sum up the staff...they suck. As far as the fire (and that is one of many problems we encountered with them), no one from the office even showed up at the site until well into the next day. Noone in the office had any idea what to do with all of us. There was no leadership among them and no communication between them and us. I have never seen an apartment community ran as poorly as this one. Their maintenence staff consists of 2 people (one who is close to retirement). So you can imagine the length it takes to have anything repaired. If you want to pay a fortune and be very disappointed then this is the place for you
