mgt and heat are bad

Maintenance has been ok. Units are decent inside. If you have a unique problem, the little teenager running the mgt office isn't going to help you and is infuriating to deal with. The type of heat takes about 3-4 hours to go up a few degrees, it's constantly on. You can get some road noise from 202 depending on which unit you are in. Bottom line is there are several choices for nice apartments nearby, and i'll be trying another one and hoping the management there will treat me like a resident should be treated, with professionalism and respect.
