I do not know what the last reviewer was talking about, but this place has been excellent. The management is professional and this person must be ancient in age because the office is run by mature professional adults. I think that people are so quick to judge and if they are speaking about the heat from this winter, well it was the coldest January we have had in 20years with. The temp was -14 some days and of course it will be cold in an apartment, house, or office building. I thought they were very proactive with their "cold snap letters that went out" I periodically read these and have lived here for 5 years. Some people will never be happy with anything and they are the best staff to date They have recently painted the buildings, cleaned up the breezeways and have done a great job managing in book! i used to live at Springhouse for 1 year and this place, in my opinion, is top notch.
I hate to see the negative people write into this.
