I have to say if you are moving to the area, Jefferson is tops. My wife and I looked everywhere and decided on them not becuase of their attractive grounds, amenities, beautiful apartment layouts or buildings, but because the staff there made me feel like I was a part of their family and they care about my needs. The office staff and maintenance have been very helpful to us as we moved from out of town. We have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and plan on renewing again. When we tored the other communities, we did not feel a connection and felt like we were bothering them to look at their community. The prices are what they are for Chester County, but you receive a great apartment. Ours has a wooded view with fireplace and is definately very attractive. The staff holds resident events that allows you to meet others and get to know the staff better. We are to say the least happy with our choice. The clubhouse and amenities are breathtaking and Rt. 202 is just close enough to be convienent for communters. After doing our research on Luxury Living, we found that Jefferson at the best price for the size of the apartments compared to others in the area. They are not small by any means. My wife loves the large oval bathtubs. I love the fact that the buildings did not crowd on top of each other, but were very spread out and they had garages. The only thing we did not care for was the open-aired breezeways. But they are kept clean. Snow Removal this winter and last winter was excellent!!
We cannot say enough about this place, we love it and would highly recommend it to anyone.
