When I originally wanted to rent here, I stopped in the office and asked someone to call me with information..never got a response. Same thing a year later. We pursued and gave it a chance. Against my better judgement as a professional and a grad student, as well is my fiance. We moved here for convenience and Lincoln Property Management here at Jefferson is awful. I had mold, what they refer to as not mold, even though it was green, orange and black, growing in my bathroom closet, and it was painted over and took over a month to repair the leak that caused it, according to my attorney that I contacted "a violation making my apartment uninhabitable." The security alarm broke along with the front door lock. It took four months to get a copy of my lease. Noise from other apts. is terrible. My dog was attacked the day we moved in by an unleashed dog. Neighbors dump cat litter in bushes, and clean up dog mess once a week. Tenants race through 15 mph parking lot. Rented guest suite downstairs, not being told it was actually down the stairs for my handicapped grandmother. Neighbors are rude and disrespectful. Not to mention the staff in the office is not professional enough to handle such a community. I drew the line when I was hung up on by the office manager. Very mature! Don't waste your money or your time.
