I have lived for a year in one of the downstairs apartments. Its a reasonable complex but I wouldn't call it luxury. I have found the management staff to be responsive time wise but not always knowledgewise. There were a couple of minor issues. The A/C backed up water into my bathroom and dining area when they were first turned on and the repairs were only somewhat made. There are numerous drywall nails popping out near the ceiling in the bedrooms. The back steps are not very well shoveled when it snows and the plow put the snow in front of the garages this year. On the other hand, its comfortable. The clubhouse and pool are nice and the kids like it. The hills are great for sledding. Mail and garbage are fairly convienent and management has made an attempt with the dogs with their pooper stations around the complex.
