Jefferson at Westtown, owned and operated by JPI is probably one of the worst places I have ever live...and I used to live in a old fraternity house, so that should give you some idea!these are the reasons why:
1. their staff is unattentive, rude, they lie to cover their butts, threaten to take civil action against people, do not respond to matinence calls and charge you for even owning a mailbox key!
2. their matinence staff is lazy. you will call something in 1 time, they say it will be fixed. it doesn't get fixed. you call a second time, they say it will be fixed, still not fixed. i have a garbage disposal that i have been calling about for the last 3 months that still doesn't work.
3. your cable and electricity goes out constatnly.
4. they never ever clean up the actual apartment hallways. Its an outside hall, and we have pidgeons living there and their is bird poop everywhere, along with feathers and they still haven't cleaned it up.
5. they will hike your rent up for no reason and spring it on you out of the blue.
6. they do not have an elevator or anything to the second and third floors. so when i broke my leg, i couldn't get to my apartment. they told me that it wasn't their problem.
they are horrible! DONT LIVE THERE!
