I have lived here since August. Maintance has always come within the day when I called with a problem. I think its a nice place to live with a great location! It's quiet and I barely ever hear or see my neighbors. The only complaint I had was people not picking up their dog messes. I called the office and they sent out a notice to all the residents in my building. Since then, I have had no problems. The rent for my one bedroom is fair and in my lease, they can not raise my rent.
