The staff is the friendly at all. They all look miserable and do not try to help you in any way. The rent is ridiculous. The neighbors will call the police on you for the slightest loud noise and make up things to try and get you thrown out. After we moved out they tried to claim our carpet was a wreck, the front door was damaged and we needed a new kitchen counter top. None of it being true, they replaced it all anyway and tried to charge us 3000 dollars like a bunch of pricks. They can all die and I will never be associated with them again.

Sounds like a couple party animals got kicked out of a really nice place. One of the things I liked about this place was that it was quiet and relaxing... and believe it or not, I have bought a house and regret not still living back at Jefferson. Yes its a little expensive, but well worth it. I call it a nice little secret in the woods.

I am still fairly new to the complex but I do love the staff and think they are all very friendly and helpful, but I have also had the cops called on me because my neighbor said I was having a party. I was watching TV at 9:00 on a Saturday night with my boyfriend and my sister and I might have been laughing a little bit too loud, but that's just how I laugh. So you don't have to be a "party animal" to have the cops called on you.
