Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Have been residing here almost a year and I will not be renewing my lease. Can hear EVERY footstep from the people above me. Heating bills were more than I paid for my large home - parking spaces do not exist - insulation....there is none. Walls are like paper and the cold and heat just penetrate through like paper. Prices are way overpriced. Thought I was getting a good deal, but will be moving into something less expensive with just as much room. Only plus.....Great location.
