I lived here for about 1 year....the neighbor above is CONSTANTLY moving around and I can hear every foot step....VERY POOR INSULATION. The heating system is something like I've never seen...it runs off your hot water so your bills are guaranteed to be $200 in the winter.....I used to pay that for a 2000 sq ft house!!! Maintenance staff needs to be babysat while making repairs...you'd think a dishwasher was a simple fix....took them 3x to figure out what I told them in the first phone call....the dishwasher needed replaced! Parking....don't dare have anyone over...they have an agreement with Westtown Towing which constantly patrols the parking lots...I had company over Christmas Eve and the jerk would not let my 70 year old father have his car without $100....neighbors here stink too....they didn't even bother honking their horn or knocking on doors to figure out whose car was blocking them in. Oh, and don't dare play music loudly for half an hour....some idiotic neighbor might file a complaint on you!! I'm a quiet guy but every once in a while I turn my music up....not during nights....might've been 10am on a Sunday morning....someone filed a complaint!!!!
sum of the game: Turn around and find somewhere else!!

I only moved in within the last few months I have found the staff to be more than helpful and friendly. I do agree that you can hear the tenants above you...sounds like elephants at times. Parking IS at a premium unless you want to pay the extra and I have yet to figure out why my heat is $200 /mo. when it's just myself and my heat is turned down to 63degrees! Maintenance has been prompt and courteous when and if needed and the Gen. Manager has been more than helpful and accommodating.

I did in fact live there for a year... I loved it... yea there was some faults, but in comparison to other places, I absolutely love Jefferson. My wife and I both do. You can see my comments posted on 03/07/2006. Obey the rules and show respect to your neighbors, and you wont have any problems. I never had a parking issue, and never cranked the radio at 10am on a sunday. Personally, I would probably ----- too if you woke me up on my day off, and if you blocked in my car, I'd be even more mad. If I had to leave in an emergency and your car was behind mine when theres parking all over the place, I'd choose to use excessive force. Move out guy.... I'm sure theres some college apartments down the road that can fit your lifestyle better. Signed "loser"

hey loser...do you work for this complex? you probably do which would explain the response. Only 1st class WTPT works here. I pointed out all the negatives people should be aware about. Positives?? have YOU actually LIVED HERE? Come walk in my shoes and then come tell me your opinion!!!!!!!!!!

Wow...you sound like an angry person. Maybe some anger management classes would be good for you! By calling me names, you sound really mature. I do agree with you on some points but really-no one should have to go around banging at doors at all hours for someone that is parked ILLEGALLY! There is no such thing as parking UNINTENTIONALLY ILLEGALLY if you can read ENGLISH. PS It's also really classless to be honking your horn. Have a GREAT day!
