parking is definitely a problem. in watching from my windows, there is one tenant who has about 4 different cars on an everyday basis ever since I lived here. forget about getting a spot near your building after 5pm. the buildings do look nice aesthetically, but as previous reviewers have noted, quality of construction (i.e. noise penetration) is definitely lacking. While the elephant stampede comment may be an overstatement, it always sounds like people are stamping their feet on the floor. I've spoken to the neighbor above and she claims she is walking normally, so I can only attribute the noise to poor construction. Another thing I noticed here and that I heard through my lawyer is that this complex has an abnormal amount of fires. Obviously this is not the apartment complex's fault but of the tenants. Just something to be aware of. Last, the utility bills are very high. I also owned a home previously and am surprised at how much they are. Being that I had the same utility company, the only thing I can attribute the excess cost to is poor insulation or sub-par heating equipment.
