We've lived here for over 2 years and will be moving out when our lease ends. At first the apartment was great, no issues. But towards the end of the first year both the dishwasher and garbage disposal broke. The linoleum is coming up. Neighbors use to be great, but we now are surrounded by college aged students who are noisy and constantly parked in reserved spots or no parking areas. Regular parking is non existent. People do not pick up after their pets. Overall, we would not recommend moving to this community.

I was thinking the same thing. I haven't had a problem with the dishwasher or garbage disposal but letting college students run amuck has been a huge problem. When I first lived here, it was generally professionals and the elderly. I never had a problem with parking until recently. Many people pack the apartments with numerous people with numerous cars. I have complained to the office about the pet situation. It is GROSS! You can't walk anywhere (even the sidewalks) without stepping in dog poop. The class is people they are renting to has declined significanlty. There is one apartment with 4 loud trucks, countless motorcycles, and they hang out in their garage drinking regularly, not to mention zooming through the parking at speeds close to 70mph.
