There is NO insulation in these apartments- the heat sucks and the air conditioning is worse. Don't get me wrong- they both work, but you have to set the air condition about 10 degrees colder than what you want, and you need to set the heat 10 degrees below you want it. If you complain about it- the explanation I got "it's probably because the thermostat isn't level".... but no one would fix it.

Along with the fact that we had to call about 5 times to get someone to reseal our doors because spiders and even snakes... YES snakes got into the apartment!!!! It wasn't until we called and flipped out on the manager that they finally sent someone down to do 1 of the 2 doors.

Not to mention that we could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors were doing upstairs. Yelling at their daughter.... her yelling at them... our glasses clanking together in the kitchen when they would walk around or open and close their kitchen drawers. RIDICULOUS!!

After all was said and done, we got a bill when we moved out for $600 because they replaced the carpet. They do that every time someone moves out.... why do we have to pay for that!

DON'T RENT HERE- THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER PLACES IN AND AROUND WEST CHESTER AT BETTER PRICES!!!
