No insulation in the walls. Rowdy tenants and barking dogs in the hallway late at night. Our locks weren't changed and we were given the wrong security code. Smell of burning wood/paper in our apartment which must be coming in through the air conditioner even though the intake valve for the air conditioner is inside. The heating and air conditioning unit is poor quality and expensive to operate. Expect high utility bills. The banister leading downstairs to our garage wasn't properly secured and bounces up and down as you hold it to walk downstairs. Our faucets are always leaking even though we have them fixed. This place starts to grate very quickly.Not worth the money.
